We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales to meet company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and understand market trends.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach out to potential clients and expand the customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand technical products and convey their benefits effectively to customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or technical sales is advantageous but not required.
- Industry experience would be an asset(from concrete, lumber, steel, drywall, roofing, windows, pro desk business).
