Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our Drink Bombs in the B2B sector, targeting medium to large retail stores with food or gift products, and value-added venues like theme parks, cruises, and resorts. The successful candidate will leverage digital tools and CRM software to identify potential customers, qualify leads, connect with key decision-makers, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Utilize advanced digital tools to seek out potential retail customers, qualify their suitability, and build a strong pipeline of leads.
• Sales Outreach: Engage with key decision-makers in target organizations through email, phone, and virtual meetings to promote our Drink Bombs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Work through the sales process, negotiating fair terms and closing deals with retail stores and large venues.
• Account Management: Oversee project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in Pipedrive CRM.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed KPIs such as Call-to-Connect ratio, Lead-to-Opportunity conversion rate, Pipeline value, and Win rate.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of related sales experience, preferably in retail or food sales. More experience may be required for candidates from less related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales prospecting techniques and strategies.
• High level of English.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Pipedrive, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative open-office environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
• Commission on sales ranging from 1-5%.
