Job Title: Instrumentation & Controls Technical Authority

Location: Mount Pearl, Newfoundland

Duration: Circa 6 months with good scope for extension

Hours – minimum 40 a week – overtime after 40 hours a week is available

Type: Residential – Monthly Living Allowance Available / Mobilisation to location reimbursable

• Schneider Electric Control Expert (Formerly Unity Pro)
• Significant experience with IEC 61131-3 compliant PLC software
• Modbus TCP/RTU knowledge and experience troubleshooting
• General SCADA application development (project specific software is Schneider Machine SCADA Expert, AVEVA Edge, Indusoft Web Studio)
• Development not required, but knowledge is considered an asset for commissioning and troubleshooting
• CanOpen, CanBus knowledge and experience troubleshooting
• Instrumentation and signal loop startup
• Industrial TCP/IP network troubleshooting
• EtherNet/IP knowledge and experience troubleshooting
• VFD startup, communications, troubleshooting
