YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SERVICE COORDINATOR:

• Drives and oversees all aspects of internal and external Service Management, ensuring client satisfaction by effectively coordinating support efforts across the Service Desk, Managed Services, and Application Support teams
• Tracks service performance against SLAs/KPIs, driving continuous improvement
• Act as the escalation point for service issues, ensuring swift resolution and transparent communication with clients.
• Leads collaborative reviews with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and optimize service delivery
• Fosters positive relationships with clients, support teams, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Drives service excellence by championing ITIL & service management best practices and aligning with industry standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A SERVICE COORDINATOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
• Committed to exceeding customer expectations through proactive service delivery and responsiveness.
• Proficient in ITIL practices and service management tools.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information.
• Independent, solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Prior administrative and Insurance Industry experience is an asset.
