Operations Specialist - Junior (Contract)

Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation:
- T4: $17.54/hour
- INC: $20.89/hour
About the Role
Our client's are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Specialist to support operations for an Enterprise Risk and Portfolio Management team. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee transitions, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
- Utilize ticketing systems to log and resolve requests.
- Oversee building access, including badge management, floor headcounts, and maintaining distribution lists.
- Coordinate the provisioning of equipment and office assets.
- Ensure office spaces are clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained.
- Support compliance efforts, such as fire drill coordination and adherence to building protocols.
- Act as a central point of contact for requests from across the team.
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Operations.
- 4+ years of customer service experience (in any field).
- Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Interview Process
- 1–2 rounds with hiring managers and team members.
