We are seeking a Business and Contract Operations Analyst for a 1-year contract in Toronto within the IT and Procurement industry. The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring 2-3 days a week in-office.
Summary: In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for IT employees, helping them manage the contract lifecycle for software and professional services agreements. You will process contracts, maintain the contracts database, and provide support for vendor payments and renewals. This position involves collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Finance teams. Ideal candidates have experience with CLM tools such as Apttus or Agiloft and proficiency in Excel.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Apptus, Agiloft, Coupa, or Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with SmartSheet.
- Project management skills.
