Robert Half is seeking a skilled Tier 1 IT Support Technician to join a collaborative team and provide comprehensive technical support to staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both hardware and software troubleshooting, with specific expertise in Dell computers and Windows OS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve email issues, Outlook freezing, and other Office 365-related problems.
- Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to track and manage support requests efficiently.
- Assist users with password resets and account access issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WiFi connectivity issues.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide expert support for Dell computers and Windows operating systems.
- Support the use of Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Tier 1 IT Support or similar roles.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system is preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving Office 365 issues.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software problems.
- Expertise in Dell computer troubleshooting and Windows operating systems.
