What you’ll do as a Maintenance Planner:

• Develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for all manufacturing equipment
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders and ensure minimal disruption to operations
• Analyze equipment failures and maintenance trends to implement preventive measures
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to maintenance procedures, inventory, and parts management
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and procure necessary spare parts and tools
• Utilize maintenance management software to track work orders, schedule maintenance activities, and report on key performance indicators
• Conduct regular audits of maintenance practices and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff on best practices and maintenance processes

What you need to be a Maintenance Planner:

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with a strong focus on planning and scheduling
• Proven ability to develop and implement maintenance plans that enhance operational efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment
• Strong customer service skills for managing accounts and vendor relationships
