What you'll do:

• Manage and support two-factor authentication processes.
• Handle high-volume service requests and dispatch tasks.
• Maintain departmental documentation and support audits.
• Assist in identity management, user account setup, and system access compliance.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn IT security systems, LAN access control, and user administration.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with industry security standards.
