The Insurance Broker Support Specialist assists brokers and internal teams by providing operational and administrative support. In addition to liaising between brokers and various departments, this role also involves using and optimizing CRM systems, managing broker data, and participating in the creation and maintenance of internal systems that streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, AgentSync, Sircon) to track and manage broker data, communications, and performance. Experience in creating or improving internal workflows and systems is highly valued.
- Understanding health insurance policies, plans, and industry regulations to provide accurate and helpful information to brokers.
- Strong ability to enter and manage data with accuracy, ensuring records and documents in CRM systems are complete and error-free.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and leverage system data to drive improvements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for training brokers, collaborating with internal teams, and addressing broker inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to broker inquiries regarding policy details, product offerings, eligibility requirements, and claims processing.
- Provide clear, concise information on available health insurance plans, benefits, and updates.
- Serve as the point of contact for brokers requiring assistance with policy enrollments, renewals, claims, and changes
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of insurance applications, claims, and policy changes.
- Conduct regular audits of CRM and internal system data to ensure that broker information is accurate and up to date.
