UI/UX Developers Needed!

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer who understands user interactions with our products and can create unique, elegant designs. This role involves both articulating and developing the user interface hands-on. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience and a portfolio of work to share. This position is ideally on-site, requiring interaction with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate user interfaces.
• Create unique and elegant designs.
• Strategize the design process with the team.
• Collect user research from end-users.
• Journey map the pain points and develop the user interface.

Must-Haves:

• UI Development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Components.
• UX Design experience using Figma, Confluence, or other tools.
• Strong communication skills and an independent personality.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with MDUI or LIT Framework.
• Experience with Excel.
• Shareable design portfolio.
