Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Scrum Master

Hybrid to Downtown Chicago (3 days a week onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Processes:
• Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to foster continuous improvement.
• Conduct standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Ensure adherence to agile principles and help remove impediments.
• Team Coordination & Collaboration:
• Act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration among team members.
• Bridge communication between the Product Owner, platform teams, and UI team.
• Promote transparency in decision-making and sprint deliverables.
• Risk Management & Planning:
• Identify risks and dependencies early, addressing them proactively.
• Facilitate discussions and trade-offs to maintain delivery timelines without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in data platform and UI development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills, with a focus on servant leadership.
• Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and front-end technologies.
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps and MIRO.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Certifications like SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) are a plus.
