Job Title: Part Time HR Assistant
Location: Nazareth, NJ
Type of Employment: Temporary to Permanent
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: 100% in office
Hourly Rate: $20 - $22/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with a healthcare company in Nazareth, PA to hire a temporary to permanent HR Assistant. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 years HR Assistant or HR Coordinator experience. The hours at the start are Monday through Friday 9AM to 12PM but after 6 months has the possibility to become full time. This role is 100% in office when training but may have opportunity for hybrid work down the road.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruiting including posting jobs, screening candidates, and sitting in on interviews
- Onboarding new hires, conducting compliance checks and answering onboarding questions
- Entering employee data into the HRIS
- Responding to emails coming into the main HR inbox
- Helping with various administrative tasks that arise within the department
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is a plus
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Experience using a HRIS is preferred
- Strong technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Positive, upbeat demeanor with a strong willingness to help, learn and grow with the team
