We are looking for a Preconstruction / Estimating Manager to join a family owned general contractor here in Milwaukee, WI. This company values employee ownership, creates custom growth paths for each individual, and has TONS of autonomy in both your work and schedule.

You will:

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Meet with clients, architects, and engineers
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects
• Lead and mentor the preconstruction and estimating teams

What you bring:

• Five years of commercial construction experience
• Commercial preconstruction experience
• Experience with software such as Onscreen Takeoff, Building Connected, Excel, and Word
