Key Responsibilities

Candidate Qualification:

- Utilize effective interviewing techniques to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Interview Process Management:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintained detailed records of candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
HR Support:
- Assist HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
