Responsibilities:
- Create memorable first impressions for all visitors including customers and guests including schedule execution, welcome messages, gifts, hand-written notes, meals, and travel arrangements
- Answers and directs all incoming phone calls with intention
- Assists with creating memorable first impressions for new employees and the onboarding process
- Builds rapport and engages with the staff daily
- Leads planning and coordination of office events
- Inventories samples, promotional items, kitchen items, and office supplies.
- Packs and sends promotional packages and gifts
- Maintains corporate calendar
- Assists with employee recognition processes
- Books employee travel as needed
- Fulfills product sample requests
