Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support a Senior Managing Director in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This 5-month contract role is onsite and requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both professional and personal administrative tasks from the office.
**Please note this is a 5-month, onsite role in Larkspur, CA. The pay will be $60-65/hr**
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Senior Managing Director, handling communications and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Oversee office logistics, including preparing meeting materials, tracking expenses, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Manage personal assistant duties such as coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and supporting personal projects, all while working onsite.
- Handle Personal Assistant responsibilities such as coordinating appointments and managing personal projects or tasks as needed.
- Always maintain confidentiality and discretion, managing sensitive information with care.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, with a background in supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage both professional and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Comfortable working onsite and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
