Job Description:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact in a busy office setting, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests, employees, and executives. This role also includes administrative support, managing executive-level conference rooms, and maintaining the front office area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet visitors and ensure a professional, hospitable environment.
- Answer and route incoming calls with exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, including coordinating with carriers like UPS and FedEx.
- Oversee executive conference room scheduling, approvals, and setups.
- Maintain and restock kitchen and office supplies daily.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including supporting the Director of Corporate Administration.
- Handle occasional customer concerns with professionalism and poise.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in an administrative or customer-facing role in a professional corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Friendly, approachable, polished, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Other Requirements: Must maintain a business casual/professional appearance with a high level of polish and adaptability.
Additional Details:
- This position works closely with Executive Assistants and other team members to support executives and manage office operations.
- Requires someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and can maintain focus while staying engaged throughout the day.
