LOCATION : Sacramento, CA.

SALARY: $31-$38/hr.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | Long-Term

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to accuracy and compliance. They will handle payroll processing, resolve payroll issues, coordinate benefits and time-tracking systems, and produce reports. Additionally, they will support staff work on projects to improve payroll processes

Primary Responsibilities & Skills

• Knowledge of state requirements for state reporting
• Experience with Payroll processing, with an understanding of State and Federal laws
• Knowledge of garnishment regulations
• Understanding of how to handle complex reconciliation
• Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced levels
