LOCATION : Sacramento, CA.

SALARY: $35 - $44/hr.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | Long-Term

THE ROLE

This role focuses primarily on Recruitment. The role also involves contributing to Employee Benefits Administration, Leave Management, and HRIS administration.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills

• A minimum of three years plus of experience in recruitment, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS administration.
• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process by developing a recruitment plan, identifying and scheduling recruitment activities, outreach, and interviewing panelists.
• Prepare job postings, staffing needs, and recruitment strategies.
• Support benefits eligibility and procedures
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, and managers regarding leave of absence and compliance with FMLA, CFRA, and other leaves.
• Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced levels
• Public Sector experience and multiple union/CBA experience is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related degree. If no degree, must have at least 7 years of experience
