Position: Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $19 - $21 / Hourly

Location: St. Louis Park, MN (Hybrid, 3 Days a Week On-Site)

JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is looking for a highly-skilled Customer Service Representative to join one of our largest national clients for a hybrid opportunity. This team recently moved into a new office in St. Louis Park, MN, and they go on site 3 days /week - Tuesday - Thursday. You must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to St. Louis Park to be eligible for this role. In this role you'll be responding for responding to email communication from grocery warehouses looking to place bulk orders of this product. Buyers are typically reaching out with bulk purchase order requests via email, which you'll need to process via excel. In order to be successful on this team you must be extremely detail oriented, and be comfortable working in Excel daily. This role also will include joining team meetings, but will not include responding to inquiries via phone. This position is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity, with eligibility for a pay increase upon conversion.
