Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid)
Expanding Charlotte corporate office is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their customer service and sales team. You will be responsible for account management, supporting assigned sales team, and contribute to delivering high touch customer service. Advancement Opportunity available. Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist
- Managing pricing changes weekly in Excel spreadsheet - updating and distributing
- Managing order database
- Managing warranty claims data base
- Communicating with internal teams regarding order status or updates
- Collaborate with Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Logistics and Production divisions
- Support sales and marketing initiatives
- Communicating with customers regarding order status
Requirements of the Customer Support Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficient in Excel
- Great Communication skills both written and verbal
