Consumer Services company in Brooklyn, NY 11218 is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO across multiple business functions including operations, team management, associate relationships, and strategic initiative.
This is an full-time on-site opportunity. The compensation range is up to 75K.
The ideal candidate holds the following:
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Must have experience in a management capacity. Pushing others to deliver with workflow issues.
- Technically savvy
The Core Responsibilities are as followed:
Operations Support
- Manage and organize CEO's daily workflow across multiple business units
- Monitor critical communications and flag urgent matters requiring CEO attention
- Track and follow up on key initiatives to ensure timely completion
- Assist in documenting and streamlining operational processes
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion
Team Management Support
- Help coordinate communications between CEO and various team leads
- Assist in preparing team communications and announcements
- Track team performance metrics and prepare summary reports
- Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Help maintain team documentation and training materials
- Build strong relationships with team members across all departments
Communications Management
- Monitor and manage CEO's email inbox, flagging priority items
- Draft and edit business communications
- Coordinate with team leads on behalf of CEO
- Maintain organized records of all key communications and decisions
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external communications
Project Coordination
- Track progress of multiple ongoing projects
- Prepare status updates and summary reports
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional team meetings
- Follow up on action items to ensure completion
- Take initiative in driving projects forward
