Are you detail-oriented and passionate about customer service? We’re looking for a Payroll Liaison to join our team! This role is essential in supporting both internal teams and contractors with payroll-related queries and ensuring a smooth payroll process. If you have a background in payroll or customer service and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Manage the payroll query inbox and ensure all queries are addressed within 24 hours.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries on the main payroll phone line.
• Distribute emails and phone calls to the appropriate payroll administrators and processors.
• Liaise with operations and contractors to resolve payroll-related queries.
• Assist payroll processors with queries such as missing receipts and incorrect timesheet dates.
• Provide contractors with copies of remits and pay stubs as needed.
• Download and distribute weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll reports after each payroll cycle.
• Support payroll administrators with internal and external payroll inquiries.
• Distribute mail between payroll, tax, and benefits teams.
• Assist with special payroll-related projects as required.

What We’re Looking For :

• At least 1 year of payroll-related experience .
• A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees and senior management.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group settings.
