Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Technical Designer specializing in men’s and boys’ sportswear and activewear. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that designs are translated into high-quality, production-ready garments while maintaining the integrity of the brand's aesthetic and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed garment specifications to guide production.
• Lead fit sessions, ensuring garments meet design, fit, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and design consistency throughout the development process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical design, preferably in activewear or sportswear.
• Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and patternmaking principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
