Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced District Manager to oversee the operations of 15 boutique stores. Our business thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and cultivating a strong team culture. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience in managing multiple retail locations, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence, all while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Staff Management:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store managers and their teams.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and team collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve individual and team results.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure all stores meet operational standards, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Implement and monitor company procedures and processes across all locations.
- Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless store operations.
Sales & Financial Performance:
- Drive sales growth by developing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all stores.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and inventory management.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for each store.
Customer Experience:
- Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that every store delivers an exceptional shopping experience.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Develop and execute district-level strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Report regularly on district performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Travel & On-Site Support:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency in operations and provide hands-on support.
- Act as a liaison between stores and corporate leadership to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
