Job Title: Technical Product Owner

Position Summary: We are seeking a technical Product Owner to lead our technical product development and ensure our products meet customer and stakeholder needs. Responsibilities include defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that drive value for our users and the business.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and execute product vision and strategy.
• Create and maintain product roadmap.
• Plan and coordinate product releases with PM and development teams.
• Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze user feedback for data-driven improvements.
• Ensure product quality and user satisfaction.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and mitigate development risks.
• Continuously improve product management processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in business and project management/analysis.
• Proficiency in business and technical environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work confidently with uncertainty.
• Expert proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, wireframes, and process mapping.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with product/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus).
• Experience in raw data analysis, database design, software development, and SQL.
• Product Owner certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Experience with UX/UI design principles.
• Background in Insurance, Banking, Financial services with emphasis on building specifications, scopes, and SOWs.
