We're looking for a Product Manager (or an aspiring Product Owner!) to join our development team. You’ll take ownership of one or two product segments, turning business needs into clear technical requirements, creating helpful documentation videos, and training our Sales & CX teams on how to best use our features.
Our sprints are fast—just two weeks—because we believe in steady, incremental updates over long, drawn-out deployments. We need someone who’s excited about understanding user interactions, communicating business goals to engineers, conducting thorough UATs, and producing clear, engaging training materials. Prior experience with CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, or ERP products is required. This role is dynamic: half of your time will be maintaining the current product, while the other half focuses on new feature development. As a startup, you’ll wear many hats, from joining demos and writing KB articles to supporting customer questions on Slack. Plus, you’ll work directly with our founders—it's intense, rewarding, and a chance to shape the future.

Notable qualifications:
- Owned product, product modules or feature sets end-to-end
- 2-3 years of previous product owner / product manager for a SaaS company
- SaaS in B2B SaaS at 5k to 100k ACV, CRM or ERP -like technologies
- An eye for design and UX
- Able to do product demos
Required previous experience:
- CPaaS or CCaaS software, including messaging and calling, at module or application level
- Maintaining mobile apps as well as browser and desktop
- Integration with HubSpot / Salesforce
- Product telemetry, usage monitoring
- Using video for product documentation
- Writing KB articles, how-tos, use cases, blogs
This is an in-office role in Scottsdale AZ,and we're currently not open to remote.
