Day to Day:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing and retention
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives and surveys to support the organization’s compliance and employee engagement
- Oversee the administration of benefits and leave programs
- Oversee compensation strategies and compile information based on market data
- Manage employee concerns, address grievances and foster relationships within the workforce to maintain a healthy work environment
- Manage all disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations
- Lead and direct the daily workflow of the Human Resources department
- Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-discrimination policies, workplace safety, and labor laws
- Analyze market and industry data to identify trends and measure performance metrics
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), including participant eligibility determination, contribution calculations, recordkeeping, compliance with ERISA regulations, generating participant statements, and coordinating with the plan trustee and third-party administrator to ensure accurate and timely ESOP operations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in senior-level HR roles
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate positively and with a consistent and proven focus on customer service
