As the Talent Acquisition Manager , you’ll be a key revenue generator by partnering with our Business Development team to deliver exceptional talent to our clients. Starting with one recruiter and 2 talent sourcers to manage, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence our success and lay the foundation for future market expansion.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth:
- Partner with sales to ensure client needs are met with high-quality talent delivery.
- Identify innovative sourcing tools to maintain a consistent pipeline of skilled candidates.
Lead and Build Teams:
- Start by managing one recruiter and create a roadmap for talent expansion.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure branch success.
- Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ensure Compliance and Client Satisfaction:
- Oversee all compliance, including DOT requirements and background checks.
- Deliver a seamless Talent Onboarding experience for talents and clients.
Monitor and Achieve Goals:
- Analyze KPIs to track team performance and meet financial objectives.
- Continuously improving processes to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Leadership & Expertise:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the staffing industry, preferably in the manufacturing, logistics and transportation sectors.
- 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:
- Excited about being hands-on in the early stages, including sourcing and recruitment.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving revenue and scaling operations.
Data-Driven Approach:
- Experience with KPI analysis and performance tracking to meet goals.
What We Offer
