Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Rocky Mount, NC
Pay: $125,000/year
Experience: Proven expertise in managing HR functions in a complex, competitive manufacturing environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology/Human Sciences (MS/MBA preferred).
- HR Certification.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Greene Resources is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Lead efficient and compliant recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Assist in job description creation, job advertising, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Cultivate a positive company culture centered on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and engagement to build high-performance teams.
- Recommend and implement HR policies, tools, and career development programs that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs, labor laws, and internal policies.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and fostering positive employee experiences across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation policies and cost-effective benefits programs, ensuring legal compliance.
- Promote workplace safety initiatives and maintain open lines of communication with all employees.
- Act as a change agent, adapting HR strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business.
