Title: Field Service Technician (Solar)
Compensation: 40$ - 50$ (some flexibility on hourly) + small bonus + Over time

Locations:
Travel: Travelling to different sites, but going home the same day.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join one of our client. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy and make a positive impact on the environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar panel systems,
- Diagnose and repair, troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions in the system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with O&M works on Utility-scale solar farms or huge Commercial/industrial sites (0.5MW - 10 MW)
- Knowledge of AC, DC, and PV Systems
- OSHA certifications
- Valid drivers license
