A Brief Overview
The Supply Chain Integration Analyst evaluates Supply Chain information systems for efficient operation, conducts application testing, and supports database management. They collaborate with technical staff to identify and resolve issues, automate processes through reports and queries, and manage data extraction from systems like EPIC and GHX. The analyst addresses data needs for affiliates and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) such as Vizient and ECRI. They use analytical tools to enhance supply chain functions like demand forecasting and inventory optimization, generate customized reports on purchasing and inventory, and ensure data integrity while maintaining the Item Catalog.
Essential Job Duties
- Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of Stormont Vail Health’s item catalog. This involves PN, item description, UNSPSC, GTIN, Charge codes, UOM, UOP, supplier connections, inventory and par set up.
- Plan, evaluate, oversee and assist in the configuration and integration of Supply Chain technological systems and ensure that all current and future systems work together efficiently, both among internal departments and with external networks.
- Create, implement and provide ongoing support for Supply Chain databases and analytic functions.
- Participate on teams internal to the Supply Chain division as well as cross-functional teams within the organization, to produce actionable data and reports related to purchases, value analysis initiatives, item usage, inventory control and distribution.
- Act as “super user” for supply chain systems and assist with user questions. Help create SOWs for WorkDay Supply Chain functions and processes.
- Oversee contract management and supply-to-contract relation within WD including supplier account setup and connection; contract loading and maintenance; supplier invoicing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Computer science, business or related discipline. Required
- 3 years Experience working within data management system with focus on input, integration and output. Required
- 2 years Experience in health system Supply Chain Operations - purchasing, inventory management (pars and perpetual), supplier setup; invoice and PO exceptions; item creation; report management Required
- 1 year Specific experience with Workday applications, functions and structure of system. Required
- 1 year Experience in creating, manipulating and exporting functional reports Required
- 1 year Experience with contract management and analysis Required
- 1 year Experience with Supply Chain supporting resources such as ECRI, Broadjump, Vizient, Aptitude as well as other integrated systems - EPIC, GHX, Preferred
