Job Duties:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor daily operations, collect, analyze, and interpret data related to warehouse performance. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Perform administrative duties, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and reviewing/disputing/processing invoices.
- Coordinate and analyze operations with various departments to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Develop and distribute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols (e.g., checklists) to staff.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with staff and vendors as needed.
- Review RGA issues, ensuring remade products are within company guidelines.
- Onboard and train new staff to ensure adherence to department SOPs.
- Assist with projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including managing files and records.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Ability to understand and analyze data effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Training in Lewisville, TX for 2-3 months is mandatory before reporting to Garden Grove, CA.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Hours: 6-7:00 AM ??? 3:00 or 4:00 PM (8 hours + 1 hour lunch)
- Language Preference: Simplified or Traditional Mandarin is acceptable; Luke does not have a preference.
- Expected Start Date: Per Luke, the start date will depend on finding the right candidate.
- Primary Responsibilities: Focus on reports, communication with the operations team in Texas, and international coordination.
- Rate: Luke prefers candidates expecting no more than $30/hour. The final rate will depend on experience, knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
