Position Summary:
Our client located in Nashville, TN is looking to bring on a strong PACS/Sectra Analyst with varying levels of expertise to provide on-call support during their system go-live. This role is essential to proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during this critical transition. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge in PACS, Sectra, and AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the current support team to familiarize with the environment
- Provide exceptional support to end-user throughout their go-live period and escalate any issues to the vendor or project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption.
- Document and communicate issues and resolutions effectively to the team.
Qualifications
- Preferred : Experience with Sectra and AiDoc.
- Next Best : Experience with AiDoc.
- Third Best : Experience with Sectra.
- Minimum : Strong PACS background with a proven track record in similar roles.
Schedule:
- Week 1 : Standard onboarding and team integration (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Weeks 2-3 :
- Second Shift : 4:00 PM - Midnight (2 analysts).
- Third Shift : Midnight - 8:00 AM (1 analyst).
Engagement Details:
- Fully remote position.
- Anticipated low ticket volume but readiness for immediate response is critical.
- Collaborate with a supportive and highly skilled team to ensure project success
Qualifications:
- Experience with PACS systems, preferably Sectra and/or AiDoc.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during on-call shifts.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
