We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Law Attorney with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to join our team in Milwaukee or Neenah, WI. This role offers the chance to work on complex and high-impact transactions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and overseeing deal closings.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and other business matters.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on structuring and executing business transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a significant focus on M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Active membership in the Wisconsin State Bar or ability to obtain membership.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and maintain strong client relationships.
