The Land Assistant will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate outcomes for the following activities:
- Build and maintain electronic and hard copy Land files.
- Scan pertinent documents into the appropriate electronic files on the corporate network.
- Index documents added to Legal Files.
- Open and disburse mail for the Land Department.
- File and record documents with the appropriate County Clerk offices.
- Prepare and send out correspondence.
- Process check requests and invoices for the Land Department.
- Document tracking.
- Perform special projects, assist the Land team and perform any other duties related to the position of Land Assistant.

Experience Requirements:
- College degree preferred.
- 3 Years of work experience; experience with oil and gas highly preferred; experience with Bolo software will be a plus.
- A Texas Notary License will be required for this position, which can be obtained after joining the team.
