Summary:
As a Digital Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across a health system. Collaborating with project requestors and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate, document, and monitor project activities to ensure alignment with objectives. This role requires strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams, including content, design, and development. You'll work within the Creative Solutions team in Marketing Communications, focusing on design, content, video, and digital development projects, particularly web and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project requestors, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Use expertise in digital and web technologies to guide project strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with Scrum Master and creative teams to establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Apply agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor digital and web projects.
- Support management tasks for projects led by external teams.
- Create and manage project charters and plans to keep workstreams on track and meet key milestones.
- Use Jira to document and track project requests, ensuring accurate and complete information.
- Generate and analyze project metrics to identify trends, assess risks, and support data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate project deliverables.
- Monitor budgets and resources, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies when needed.
- Schedule and participate in project meetings, workshops, and reviews to provide updates and recommendations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and deviations from plans.
- Provide timely updates and communication on project statuses and decisions to stakeholders.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure successful feedback loops.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and managing expectations.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and apply lessons learned.
Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 45/hr to 52/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
