Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Manage the maintenance budget responsibly.
- Foster collaboration across departments for holistic facility management.
- Promote and uphold safety standards.
- Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability and maintenance practices.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Analyze equipment failure records to identify root causes of repetitive issues.
- Coordinate the daily activities of third-party contractors.
- Plan and oversee both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Manage staffing, training, and qualification plans for the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to enhance plant operability and performance.
- Execute improvement projects aimed at reducing maintenance needs and optimizing operations.
- Maintain essential logs, records, and compliance reports.
- Periodically review and update maintenance policies and procedures to align with operational goals and industry standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in ethanol, chemical, oil & gas, or similar industries.
- Proven leadership, team development, and motivational skills.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance best practices.
- Advanced experience in power plant operations or anaerobic digestion systems.
- Expertise in managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial systems and equipment.
- Proven ability to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.
