Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply "Safety First" practices and ensure proper use of PPE while on-site.
• Continue education and stay updated on advancements in the industry.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, such as hammering stakes, nails, and rebar into place when needed.
• Clear path lines for staking various lines in areas with heavy foliage.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years construction as it relates to excavation practices and/or related surveying experiences.
• Be able to obtain or possess 10-hour OSHA certification
• GPS surveying experience or other forms of surveying or leveling is a plus.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Be able to continuously walk a minimum of 8 hours daily.
• Be physically capable of carrying equipment and knowledge of equipment setup.
• Be able to travel through heavy foliage on unimproved sites.
• Have the ability to lift 50 pounds when needed.
