Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the identification, integration, and use of Strata’s next asset performance management platform and advanced analytics toolsets
- Develop, implement, and maintain asset management key performance indicator dashboards and reports synchronizing operational and financial performance
- Establish new tools and frameworks for categorizing, analyzing, and prioritizing emergent corrective maintenance repairs resulting in optimized connectivity to budgets, forecasts, and project performance
- Support Asset Management’s lead in developing Strata’s first legacy asset repowering framework and analytical toolset
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, business analytics, or similar
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within the energy space
- Experience and proficiency with data extraction/ETL tools SQL, Python, and similar
- Experience and proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and similar
- Strong project management and financial acumen a must
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with advanced levels of emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder management
- Successful experience working in dynamic, agile, and data-driven teams within a KPI and/or OKR environment
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the entire duration of a
- Ability to wear full complement of personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting sites is
- Work in-person at Strata’s North Carolina HQ (Durham).
- Work is performed primarily in an office environment with visits to assigned sites.
