Who You Are:
You are detail oriented, have the ability to work independently and are a team player. You are an experienced Analyst who thrives in a rapidly changing environment, are able to multi-task and look at the big picture, but still understand the details. You should be able to take business requirements and turn them into IT solutions. You will assist with developing and maintaining the corporate Omni-Channel strategy, and serve as an in-house Omni-Channel support resource.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with developing and maintaining the corporate Omni-Channel strategy, and serve as an in-house Omni-Channel support resource. The Analyst will also support Design, Build and Quality Assurance testing and production support of Omni-channel implementations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the processes and systems.
- Work closely with the Supervisor(s) to support a broad set of Omni-Channel initiatives, assisting business case development, identifying and communicating best practices / costs, ideating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to execute on projects
- Anticipating and monitoring the impact of changes to the business in regard to the overall success of the Omni-channel initiatives.
- Supports continuous improvement of brand business process and operations
- Participate in Omni-channel operational support activities and project work. Project work may include identifying business needs and requirements, participating in Omni-channel team meetings, additional integrated operating processes, writing test scripts and performance testing, placing test orders and performing competitive research.
You'll Need To Have:
- 3-5 year’s work experience in retail systems or retail operations, with a focus on consumer experience, retail and/or on-line, and solution focused
- Proven hands-on expertise with the breadth of In-store technology including POS (Aptos experience is a plus), Payments, Mobile POS, Distributed Order Management and Clienteling applications.
- Strong attention to detail and results orientation; high work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion.
- Prior full life-cycle experience (Design to Production Support) with Omni-Channel selling solutions and related systems integrations, e.g. Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
- Demonstrated commitment to service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of process flows, systems and procedures which aids analysis and recommendations for solutions.
- Advanced practical knowledge of business processes, requirements management, strategy development.
- Ability to analyze and share recommendations to improve/modify existing processes/ systems for clients
