Service Manager
Location: Petaluma, CA 94954 - fully onsite
Duration: Permanent
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM start time (5 AM start time 1 day a week)
Salary Range: $90K - $110K + target bonus of 28% of base
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 5+ years of experience as a Store Director, District Manager, or Senior General Manager - preferably from a large retail store
- Performance Management Experience (preferably weekly performance reviews with team)
- Candidates must live within 30 mile radius of store location
- Longevity in previous roles & job history
- Strong leadership and communication skills - outgoing, friendly, team-mentality
Job Description:
One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
