Project Manager/Scrum Master

Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) in Chicago, IL (Mettawa)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to join a leading company in the pharmaceutical and healthcare technology industry. This role will focus on managing multiple tech-driven projects, collaborating with both business and technical teams to drive initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 3-4 mid-to-large scale projects concurrently, ensuring successful planning and execution.
• Partner with the PMO group to manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across tech service teams, partners, and business stakeholders.
• Develop action plans from business meetings and drive initiatives through Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Manage project plans, reporting, and configuration within Salesforce (PRM).
• Ensure seamless integration of project components to build a cohesive application ecosystem.
• Facilitate meetings, track deliverables, and provide updates through tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and interfacing with both technical and business teams.
• Experience with Jira boards, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive decision-making and align diverse teams.

Team & Culture:

• Collaborate directly with the BSA Lead, interfacing with development teams working on the Salesforce platform and Marketing Cloud.
• Engage with the business team to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
• Play a pivotal role in fostering alignment across engineering and business teams to overcome project challenges.
