Chief Estimator

Responsibilities -

• Highway construction, bridges, concrete paving, underground utilities, heavy civil work, 50-million-dollar projects
• Do some piping and natural gas projects as well
• More underground utility projects for 2025 – versatile heavy civil is the key experience component
• Roles are open d/t growth
• Travel expectations – once a month is a good estimate, probably not much more but not none
• Hours - not a standard 40-hour week, expectation is the work gets done when it needs to be done, 10-hour days are not out of the ordinary

Qualifications - Degree Preferred, not required

Required Skills -

• Tech : Vista ViewPoint, another name for HCSS
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft programs, Bluebeam, Adobe, HCSS (Heavy Bid)

Preferred Skills -

• Additional working knowledge preferred but not required on AutoCAD, Agtek, MicroStation

Pay range and compensation package - $140,000 - 180,000, Bonus Eligible
