Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Project Management: Assist in the day-to-day execution of creative briefs, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Develop and refine marketing presentations, concepts, and materials by integrating research, design, and creative writing.
- Industry & Product Expertise: Stay informed about new product launches, market dynamics, and emerging trends in the beauty and fragrance industry. Translate this knowledge into engaging content and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Brand Development: Monitor and evaluate brand performance while analyzing competitive and market trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth, contributing to the strategic direction of the brand portfolio.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with brand goals.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to support marketing strategies, including consumer behavior, industry benchmarks, and brand positioning.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates and reports on marketing performance, consumer insights, and brand development opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate insights into impactful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry, with a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences.
