Job Title: Production Manager

Salary Package: $120-150k (Dependant on experience) plus bonus/benefits

Our client specialises in delivering cutting-edge engineered solutions for complex supply-chain challenges and advanced material processing. Since establishing their US Headquarters in 2018, our client offers a broad suite of services, including reverse engineering, CAD development, metal additive 3D printing, and subtractive machining services.

Role Overview

The Production Manager will play a critical role in our client’s operational success by overseeing all aspects of production. This position involves managing daily operations, optimizing workflows, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating across departments to meet production targets.

The Production Manager will initially be responsible for a team of 12, but that number will rise to around 50 people within 12-18 months, and will develop into a larger role (COO) as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth operations.

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet project deadlines.

• Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards.

• Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and minimize waste.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in production management, scheduling, and quality control, for Defense or Aerospace clients.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and emerging technologies within Defense or Aerospace.

• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with 3D printing technologies is advantageous.

• ITAR experience is highly advantageous

Education:  A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required; practical experience is highly valued, particularly in defense and/or aerospace.
