Middle Office Operations Analyst

Rate: $43-45/hr pay rate

Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week in uptown

Contract/contract to hire and Contract Length: 12+ months (potential for extension/conversion)

Top Requirements:

1. Understanding of risk control, process management, and data accuracy within financial services.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; basic SQL is a huge plus.
3. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with tech/business teams, and vendor.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:

1. Ensure accurate and timely processing of trade confirmations and monthly client statements.
2. Perform quality checks on trade confirmation data.
3. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
4. Validate vendor information against established standards.
5. Coordinate closely with the vendor, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
6. Identify areas for improvement and resolve discrepancies.
7. Maintain strong attention to detail.
8. Analyze data for assessment and reporting.
9. Troubleshoot existing manual processes.
10. Contribute to ongoing enhancements in operational efficiency and quality control measures.
11. Impact the reliability of reporting and client satisfaction.
12. Prioritize quality assurance in all operational activities.
