Job Description

Seeking 15 + years of overall experience and,

  1. Strong experience in managing large-scale($5 mn + p.a.) transformations and projects/programs across Software Development and Support.
  2. Experience in Financial Services Industry (Mortgage or MI experience would be an added bonus)
  3. Technical Background can be either
  4. Development experience with proficiency in .NET/Java

OR

  1. Testing Experience with exposure to Selenium or Tosca

Must have Excellent Customer communication skills along with experience in

  1. Assuming Ownership of end-to-end project delivery with a focus on team excellence and innovation as a culture
  2. Managing Client Expectations and Ensuring Service Delivery in a “Managed Service” model with fixed fee, fixed capacity and T&M commercial constructs
  3. Driving Program Governance involving regular reporting and driving MBR/QBR with clients
  4. Team Management skills to establish collaboration across various functional teams

Other experiences include Managing

  1. Development/Enhancement projects in an Agile/SCRUM mode
  2. Technical/Customer Support functions with applicable SLA’s and KPIs that result in penalties/service credits

Exposure to/ Experience in - implementing DevOps across SDLC lifecycle (from Requirements to Post Go-Live)
