Apex Systems is working with our large multinational banking client to place several Treasury Operations candidates in Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX for an onsite opportunity that can lead to long-term success and upward mobility!

Title : Implementation Advisor -Treasury Operations Support

Client: Multinational bank

Location : 100% Onsite - Phoenix, AZ OR Dallas, TX

Contract Length : 6-month initial contract that could extend up to 18 month total tenure and will be contract-to-hire if performance is met.

Pay Rate : $28/hr


Role Overview - First point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests via email channel for high-revenue clients. Handles end-to-end processing for less complex implementation while engaging other business partners as needed. May work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and implement eligible items
  • Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicable
  • Receive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners
  • Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries
  • Utilize the various bank systems to support clients requests


Required Skills

  • Client-focused with the ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
  • Previous Client Service experience.

How to stand out:

  • Treasury experience and knowledge of Treasury Products/Services,
  • Previous experience in the Financial industry
  • Tech savvy: Good with computers, typing skills, and navigating new systems/applications.
